Shaun McDougall

Shaun McDougall is head of Growth and Branch Administration for Wells Fargo’s Branch Banking business. In his role, Shaun leads the teams managing the infrastructure behind the branch network, empowering those who serve customers to deliver an experience tailored to their needs that blends the best of digital and human interaction. Growth and Branch Administration includes branch network and market distribution, process design and branch infrastructure, incentive and P&L design and implementation, prioritization and communication, coaching and support of leaders in the field, and implementation of programs to support our customers’ branch experience. Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2021, Shaun was head of Wealth, Retail Business Banking & Corporate Partnerships at HSBC. Previously, he was retail director for Citizens Financial Group and held leadership roles with responsibility for consumer banking at JPMorgan Chase. Shaun has served on the boards of the Influence Center and the Veterans Business Resource Group (VETS BRG)-CFG, and was co-chair of VETS for Greater Southern California. He is a member of the Consumer Bankers Association (CBA) and holds licenses for FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 24 and 66. Shaun earned his bachelor’s degree from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and his MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix, in Tempe, Arizona
