Raf Olazagasti

VP, Channel Optimization SECU Credit Union

Rafael Olazagasti is the Vice President, Channel Optimization at SECU, Maryland’s largest credit union. Raf, as he is known by many, joined SECU in January of 2019 and now leads the development of business strategies focused on helping SECU achieve its omnichannel experience objectives; helping to advocate for and elevate the voice of the member and the employee to remove friction points throughout the organization. Prior to joining SECU, Raf spent 11 years at Wells Fargo Bank where he was most recently the District Manager of the Greater Central Maryland market. During his time in commercial banking, Raf earned his MBA from the University of Baltimore and completed several in-house developmental programs. He has had the opportunity to participate in various local and regional councils and committees and is also a 2019 graduate of Leadership Howard County’s Premier Program
