Matthew Steilberg

Matthew is Director of Retail Banking for C&F Bank headquartered in West Point, Virginia.  A 1987 graduate of Washington and Lee University and 2017 from the Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary, Matthew has 31 years of consumer and business banking experience in multiple east coast cities.  His areas of expertise are strategic marketing, M&A, and talent acquisition and management.  He’s also a retired Chesapeake Bay crab boat captain.
