Kim Dee

Kim Dee is the Head of the Retail Branch Network for Citizens Financial Group. She is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of over 1,100 retail branch locations and more than 6,000 financial experts. With rapidly evolving customer preferences, the retail network provides a broad range of innovative solutions to individuals, small businesses, the middle market, and large corporations. Kim leads her team with a strong future vision blending digital, physical, and virtual experiences that will inspire customers to reach their potential and create their vision of their financial future. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Kim is a highly accomplished leader and influencer. Kim has actively and thoughtfully navigated her career seeking opportunities that contribute to positioning Citizens for continued success. In her most recent role as Customer Transformation Director for Core Banking, Kim was responsible for executing and delivering the future state of the customer interaction model. This required the re-imagining of the long-standing traditional organizational structure and the Implementation of a large-scale, complex change agenda. Kim created a foundational platform facilitating an accelerated shift to advancing digital capabilities, deepening relationships, providing advice-based solutions, elevating colleague development, and capitalizing on cross-organizational synergies. During her tenure at Citizens, Kim has held a number of roles including Head of Sales Strategy and Distribution, Head of Sales for Business Banking, Product Management, and Retail Director for the Greater Boston and New England South Regions. Kim is a member of the Citizens Executive Leadership Group and a very active participant within both her community and Citizens. She supports numerous diversity and inclusion platforms, including the Invest in Girls organization as well as the Chair for the Citizens PRIDE business resource group. A native of Boston, Kim is a graduate of Boston College Carroll School of Management where she graduated with a degree in finance and marketing.
