Jessica Wisniewski has a desire for connecting with new individuals and ensuring that everyone feels included. Jessica has worked in banking for nearly 20 years, with the last 7 dedicated to Leaning and Development. As the Learning and Development Program Manager at Cornerstone Bank, Jessica is responsible for designing, creating and delivering new training classes and content to the bank, with a strong focus on the retail lines. Jessica’s areas of training include: new employee orientation, product training, procedural training, new technology trainings and more
