Ginna Holleman is Chief Experience Officer at Fortera Credit Union and President of Fortera Foundation. Prior to joining Fortera in 2019, she served as CEO of United Way of the Greater Clarksville Region and began her career in bank marketing. Throughout Ms. Holleman’s 28 years of experience in both private and not-for-profit sectors, her involvements span multiple arenas of brand experience, marketing, organizational development, environmental design, economic and community development, social impact and resource development. In 2019, Holleman led the establishment of the Fortera Foundation to align Fortera’s core values, resources and commitment to make a meaninful impact in its communities. With a specific focus on improving economic self-sufficiency for single-parent families, the Foundation helps break the cycle of generational poverty by increasing postsecondary educational opportunity and success. Holleman is past Board Chairman of the Clarksville-Montgomery County Economic Development Council, Past Chair of Visit Clarksville, served as Chair of the 2020-2021 Austin Peay State University Comprehensive Campaign and is a member of the Austin Peay State University College of Business Advisory Board. She is an alumna of Austin Peay State University and the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing and Management. In 2022, Holleman was awarded the Austin Peay State Universtiy Distinguished Alumnae of the Year award
