Eric Carter

Eric Carter is currently Senior Vice President - Digital Solutions & Innovation Officer at Bank of New Hampshire. Eric has 35 years of banking experience and joined BNH in 2000. The first half of his career was in Retail Banking, with the past 17 years focused on Operations. Most recently, his focus has pivoted to Digital Banking, Innovation, and Process Improvement. In his multiple roles, Eric has been instrumental in deploying a number of innovations throughout the bank, including the deployment of Contactless Debit Cards and ATM Deposit Automation as an early adopter in 2010. His latest initiative is for Bank of New Hampshire to be one of the first financial institutions in the nation to offer Biodegradable Debit Cards. Eric earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management, with a minor in Mathematics from Plymouth State University. He is also a graduate of the American Banker’s Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking (Georgetown University).
