Brandon Kramer

Brandon Kramer currently manages the employee listening strategy at Fifth Third Bank. He has had a diverse career in his 25+ years at Fifth Third in a variety of areas, including; managing financial centers, leading a business banking/treasury management team, running leadership development programs for high potential college graduates, human resources business partner and employee experience. Brandon is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati where he attended the University of Cincinnati obtaining a degree in Business Administration. He also earned a graduate degree in Organizational Leadership from Mount St. Joseph University.
