Benjamin W. Fetterman, is the FVP, Retail Division Director for TruMark Financial Credit Union, headquartered in Fort Washington, PA. In his role, Ben oversees TruMark’s 24 branches, Call Center and Digitial Banking Division. Prior to joining TruMark in 2019, Ben directed retail sales and service as the SVP, Director of Retail Banking at Bankwell Financial Group in New Canaan, CT. Prior to that he was the Area Manager for First Niagara Bank’s Southwestern CT region. Throughout his career, Ben has operated as a change agent, developing and implementing innovative ways to elevate and personalize retail banking in an ever-evolving industry. He has extensive experience in branch management, corporate initiatives and M&A with a passion for people and process improvement through humanizing the digital banking experience for all members. Ben was named a “Top 40 Under 40” business professional by Fairfield County Business Journal in 2012, and is a graduate of the University of Maine (1999) with a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. In his free time, Ben enjoys the mental and physical challenges of mountaineering and spending time with his wife Lauren and dog Winston.
