Andrea Principe

As head of Consumer Banking at Chase for the Northeast Division, Andrea Principe oversees 810 branches across five regions with 7,500 employees and over $375 billion in deposits and investments. She runs the largest division in Consumer Banking, which as a standalone is the equivalent of the 4th largest bank in the Country. Andrea’s team focuses on delivering a best-in-class experience to clients, helping them plan for growth and achieve their financial goals. Beginning her career at Chase as a part-time banker, Andrea has over 30 years of banking experience. She has held many roles at the firm, excelling at each as her responsibilities grew. Andrea has established a significant network of partners across Chase’s retail lines of business. She has spent the last 20 years dedicated to serving business clients and leading teams of professionals who support them. Andrea is passionate about people development and inclusiveness. For five years, she co- chaired the Business Banking Diversity Advisory Council and was an early promoter and organizer for Women on the Move (WOTM), a program supporting personal and professional career development for women at Chase. She has also participated in several boards and is a Volunteer Leadership Executive Sponsor. Residing in Long Island, NY, with her husband Frank, Andrea has two sons, Frankie and Nicholas and two daughters in law, Alison and Alex.
