I’ve been with Rockland Trust for 10 years. As part of Branch Operations I manage daily operations , branch procedures, exceptions, customer escalations, and technology of our retail branches and cash vault services. My role also focuses on overseeing the operations side of our branch network changes - including branch openings, closings, renovations and equipment adds.
