At Rockland Trust, Patrick led Retail Network Strategy which focused on the future strategy of the branch and ATM network, innovation, retail staffing and training. Patrick has over 25 years’ experience in Distribution Planning, Strategic Planning and Sales Analytics and has spoken throughout the industry on branch transformation, technology, customer experience, and branch of the future.
