Lori Hall serves as Senior Vice President of Member Experience for American Airlines Federal Credit Union. Ms. Hall joined the American Airlines Credit Union in 1991 and has held numerous leadership positions during her tenure. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas, Arlington. Ms. Hall is currently the executive sponsor of the Asian Pacific Islander Employee Business Resource Group at American Airlines and is passionate about bringing financially inclusive solutions to members that help make their dreams, their reality.
