Lindsey Strange is the Senior Vice President, Chief Retail Officer for Valley Strong Credit Union, where she oversees the retail banking operations, focusing on enhancing member service, developing and implementing growth strategies and managing product offerings to meet the financial needs of our communities.

With more than 20 years in the financial industry, Lindsey brings extensive experience in retail and business banking. Lindsey earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School at Washington University. She embodies the principles of servant leadership, dedicating herself to the development and empowerment of her team.

Lindsey and her husband Rob have been married for nearly 20 years. They live in the greater Sacramento area and have 2 daughters together. She is a fitness enthusiast, making it a commitment to take better care of herself and pushing towards new limits, which led to her becoming a fitness competitor. When not working or competing, you will find Lindsey courtside cheering on Claire’s volleyball team or chanting from the bleachers at Hailey’s softball games. In what is left of her free time, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family, indulging in fine dining experiences, and baking a mean peach cobbler.
