With a proven track record of success, and the selection of a highly skilled support team, Caterina spearheaded the seamless completion of a core banking system conversion at Apple Bank. Her keen attention to detail were instrumental in navigating the complexities of the conversion process, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to customers and stakeholders alike. Currently, Caterina is leading a comprehensive business process improvement initiative spanning all aspects of Consumer Banking. To streamline operations and prepare the division for future scalability, her strategic approach and dedication to efficiency is resulting in significant enhancements across the bank including optimizing workflows, implementing RPA, resource allocation and centralization. The outcome of these efforts is a scalable model designed to meet the evolving needs of the bank, helping to position Apple Bank for sustained success in the future.
