Caterina (Cathy) dePasquale is a seasoned bank executive with a passion for transformative banking and operational efficiency. With dual degrees – a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in Organizational Management – and three decades in the industry, Caterina brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to the financial sector. Her career is marked by a commitment to driving innovation and streamlining processes to enhance customer experience and organizational effectiveness. With her enthusiastic leadership style, she encourages creative team thinking to generate new ideas and productive solutions. With a proven track record of success, and the selection of a highly skilled support team, Caterina spearheaded the seamless completion of a core banking system conversion at Apple Bank. Her keen attention to detail were instrumental in navigating the complexities of the conversion process, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to customers and stakeholders alike. Currently, Caterina is leading a comprehensive business process improvement initiative spanning all aspects of Consumer Banking. To streamline operations and prepare the division for future scalability, her strategic approach and dedication to efficiency is resulting in significant enhancements across the bank including optimizing workflows, implementing RPA, resource allocation and centralization. The outcome of these efforts is a scalable model designed to meet the evolving needs of the bank, helping to position Apple Bank for sustained success in the future. Outside of the boardroom, Caterina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring new cultures through travel, and indulging her love of reading, preferably on the beach.
