Cody Willis

Cody Willis is a senior integration strategist at Kinective, a leading provider of connectivity, workflow, and analytics software for the banking sector. Having worked with more than 400 banks and credit unions on retail technology strategy and deployment, he leverages his expertise to provide insights and guidance to better help retail financial institutions find growth opportunities and reduce costs through process improvements. In his current role, Willis identifies key areas within the financial institutions’ retail/back-office operations where time consuming processes can be better aligned to consumer engagement, product sales and/or relationship building activities. Willis is active in the larger industry where he has been a frequent speaker at top banking and credit union conferences speaking on Retail Banking and Branch of the Future Strategies. Each year, he presents at least ten events nationally, influencing universal bankers to transform the way financial institutions interact with their consumers on a relationship level. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business, Management and Marketing from Arizona State University.
