With thirty years in the financial industry, with experience in commercial and retail banking, strategic initiatives, project management, and one bank partnerships, I have a proven track record of success in implementation, delivery, results, and creating top-performing teams. I create a followership and loyalty amongst teams with a genuine and authentic approach in all I do. I have had the honor of being chosen on multiple occasions for distinguished organizational awards for performance and delivery. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, many pets (dogs and goats), and traveling.
